Cris Carey joined the team at No Limits Academy in 2009 as a speech-language pathologist, to help initiate a program using augmentative communication in our classrooms, to enable our children to communicate their wants and needs. As the Director of Communication, she collaborates with speech pathologists from Ability Plus Therapy and the staff at No Limits Academy to customize the communication program for our students at individual and small group levels, not only for communication of wants and needs but also for academic purposes and to train the staff and families on the effective use of the program.
